The Slip dress | My Top five

This season, it's all about the slip dress. From the classic black to that pop of colour. It’s the dress that can take you from day to night, swap flats for heels, add a pop of colour on the lip and you’re good to go.

I’ve rounded up my five favourite slip dress for every occasion

Miss Selfridge slip dress in watercolour floral print

This cutie feels like a ditsy print tea-dress and a slip dress all in one. I love the subtle nod to colour mixed with the luxurious feel of satin. It’s a dress you can feel cute and sexy in - and that’s a winner in my eyes.

Arket Long Satin Slip dress

A classic. Real 90s vibes with the square neckline and spaghetti straps, you can’t help but feel like you’re channeling Cruel Intentions. Pair with chunky dad sandals in the day and a classic mule in the evening. You can also bring this baby straight into winter and wear over a polo. A diverse piece at its best.

Essentiel Antwerp Veva maxi polka dot slip dress in blue

A dupe of last year's Zara polka slip, but with a bigger price tag. She’s a beaut and brings a bit of playful fabric to your wardrobe. For me, this dress will always be a classic and is worth investing in.

H&M Shimmering metallic dress

Now this is for a party. The shimmery fabric adds a touch of subtle sparkle to any occasion. The spaghetti shoulder straps cross at the back and have a decorative tie detail at the top. Gently fitted at the top and an open section at the back. Beautiful details.

Vestire palm beach midi slip dress

The perfect slip for St Tropez, take if from the beach club to the late night party.
